Architecture for Developers and Commercial Clients

Unlocking the Potential of Existing Buildings

Constrained town centre sites, sensitive heritage issues and problems with historic building fabric can make redevelopment projects challenging. We help developers and commercial clients unlock the value of existing buildings by navigating these constraints and turning them into opportunities.

We have recently achieved permission to create seventeen new homes through a sensitive conversion of a listed building near Stirling. We have also worked with several commercial clients to create homes in town centre buildings in Dumfries. Our work balances design ambition with commercial reality so that every project is practical, deliverable and makes the most of its underlying value.

Clear communication is central to our approach, and we guide clients through the design and construction process to help them make the most of existing buildings. We have a strong understanding of planning, listed building consent, and building warrant processes, and maintain proactive relationships with local authorities. We lead design teams to move projects forward with clarity and confidence.
